The Center for the Evangelical United Brethren Heritage is an educational resource center serving United Theological Seminary, the United Methodist Church, and other groups and individuals seeking information about the history, beliefs, practices, people, congregations, and denominational programs of the EUB Church and its predecessor denominations—the Church of the United Brethren in Christ, Evangelical Association, United Evangelical Church, and Evangelical Church.
In coordination with the O’Brien Library, the Center collects, preserves, maintains, exhibits, and provides public access to a significant collection of historical publications, manuscripts, images, and artifacts. It does not manage the legal and business records of churches, districts, and conferences. These must be accessed at other United Methodist-related institutions.
